| Aβ1-40

Amyloid-β (Aβ) is a 39-43 amino acid peptide produced by the proteolytic hydrolysis of amyloid precursor proteins by β- and γ-secretase enzymes. It is produced by a variety of cells and circulates in blood, cerebrospinal fluid, and interstitial fluid, mostly bound to chaperone molecules, but rarely in a free state. | Recovery
